Terms of service

These terms cover your use of HiThisIs, a product of Four Cents. In these terms, "we", "us", and "HiThisIs" refer to Four Cents. By signing up or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

HiThisIs answers phone calls on your behalf, captures caller details, and delivers them to you. It does not quote prices, schedule jobs, or make commitments to your callers on your behalf. You remain responsible for the work you take on and for following up with leads.

Your account

Keep your login secure and your contact and billing details current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think it has been accessed without permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully and in line with our acceptable use policy. You are responsible for giving your callers any notices the law requires, including notice that calls may be recorded.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Usage above your plan's minutes is billed at the listed overage rate. You can cancel any time and your plan runs until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

Availability

We work hard to keep the lines open around the clock, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted. We may perform maintenance and will try to limit any impact.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, HiThisIs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business from a missed or mishandled call. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will let account holders know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
